How It Works

Create Your Skills-Based Job 

Once your employer access is granted to the Triad, create your company profile - you can create multiple company profile descriptions tailored to your intended target. Once your profile is created  select "Skills Based Jobs", then select "Create Job".

Next, select the company profile description that is best aligned with the requisition that you're going to publish. If you have not completed your company profile, you can manually enter the information onto the Skills Based Jobs page.

After adding your company profile, you then enter the job position details. This includes the job title, sector, job type (full time, part time or contract), whether the position is in-person, remote, or hybrid, the experience level you desire, and additional information prompted by the open text fields.

Select from a list of trusted credentials and specific skills related to the job position.

Then, add your Skills PACKS

Lastly, enter your application settings. These settings include the Auto Apply feature, accepting applicants through the Triad, or directing the candidate to apply via the company's website or email.  If you have a hosted page on your company website with the job requisition, you can include the URL. If you plan on hiring more of the same role in the future, be sure to select the "Save as a template" option. You can save the job description as a draft or publish it to match with candidates instantly
